About These Terms

These terms are issued by Explore Middle East FZE, a company registered in Fujairah, United Arab Emirates, operating from M1 Floor, Twin Towers, Shk. Hamad Bin Abdullah Al Sharqi St, Mraisheed, Fujairah. References to "we", "us" and "our" mean Explore Middle East FZE. References to "you" and "your" mean the visitor or client.

Use of Services

Our services include website design and development, search engine optimisation, content writing, domain registration, web hosting and related support. The specific scope of any engagement is set out in the proposal or quotation issued to you, and only work described there forms part of that engagement.

• You agree to provide accurate information, material and approvals within a reasonable time so that work can proceed.
• You confirm that any logo, image, certificate, product data or text you supply is yours to use, or that you hold the necessary permission to use it.
• You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, or to publish content that is misleading, defamatory or infringes the rights of others.
• Delays caused by late feedback, missing content or unavailable approvals may extend agreed timelines.

Quotations and Scope

Quotations are valid for thirty days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise. Work begins once the quotation is accepted in writing and any agreed advance payment is received. Requests that fall outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately before being carried out.

Payment Terms

Unless a different schedule is stated in your proposal, the following applies.

• An advance payment is due before work commences, with the balance due on completion and before the site is made live.
• Search engine optimisation, hosting, domain and maintenance services are billed in advance for the agreed period.
• Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice.
• We may suspend services, including hosting, where an invoice remains unpaid after written reminders.
• Domain registration and third-party licence fees are non-refundable once purchased on your behalf.

Intellectual Property

On full payment of all sums due, ownership of the final website design, custom code and content created specifically for you passes to you. Until payment is complete, all material remains our property.

We retain ownership of our own underlying tools, frameworks, templates, working methods and any component developed for general reuse. Third-party components such as themes, plugins, fonts and stock images remain subject to their own licences, which are passed through to you rather than transferred.

Unless you ask us in writing not to, we may reference your project in our portfolio and marketing material.

Domain, Hosting and Third-Party Services

Domain names purchased on your behalf are registered in your company name and remain your property. You are responsible for keeping renewal payments current; while we send reminders, we are not liable for a domain that lapses because a renewal was not settled.

We take reasonable steps to keep hosted websites available and backed up, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Interruptions caused by upstream providers, network faults, force majeure events or actions taken by you or a third party on your account fall outside our control.

Search Engine Optimisation

Search engines operate independently of us and change their ranking systems without notice. We deliver defined SEO activity to a professional standard, but no agency can guarantee a specific position, traffic level or number of enquiries, and we do not offer such guarantees. Results typically build over months rather than weeks.

Cancellation and Refunds

Either party may end an ongoing monthly service by giving thirty days' written notice. Where a project is cancelled part way through, you remain liable for work completed and for third-party costs already incurred on your behalf. Advance payments are applied against completed work and are not automatically refundable.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the amount you have paid us for the service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data or loss of anticipated savings.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where liability cannot be limited under the applicable law.

Website Content and Availability

The content of this website is provided for general information. We take care to keep it accurate, but we make no warranty that it is complete or current, and we may change it at any time. We do not warrant that this website will always be available or free from error.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from them, or from services we provide, is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Fujairah, United Arab Emirates.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you engage us is the version that applies to that engagement.
